American made heater this 4-Flo is a very common flow through style heater element. Can be used on 240 volt and 120 volt spa systems. The terminals are 1-1/4" apart and the heater is 10.50" overall in length.

The 4-flo is rated 4000 watts at 240v and 1000 watts and 120v.

This style heater is also available in a coated version which offers additional protection from chemical and corrosion damage.

Please note this heater element is compatible with M7 heaters but we recommend that you replace the entire heating unit not just the element. M7 heaters have to be spaced absolutely perfect for the sensors to work correctly and sensors can be damaged while changing the element.

C2550-0011 Cal Spa XL Heat Exchanger Replacement

This heater is design to be a perfect replacement for the original Cal Spa XL Heat Exchanger. Measures 15" x 2" and come with the heater tail pieces including gaskets, and is pre-tapped for pressure switch. This heater, C2550-0011, is the more reliable flow thru style design with a replaceable element.

Balboa 58010 M7 5.5kw 240v Heater Assembly with Sensors

This is a genuine Balboa Watergroup M7 5.5kW 240volt heater manifold assembly with sensors often found at part number 58000 and 58010. We strongly recommend replacing your M7 heater with genuine Balboa brand product we have tried the generic heaters and always go back the genuine OEM.

Heater manifold is 2" x 15", includes 2 new sensor, heater tailpieces and gaskets.

This heater 58010 heater will work with 120 or 240 volt Balboa systems. We suggest you replace the copper heater straps at the same time you replace this heater if they show any signs of damage or wear.

When installing the 58010 Balboa M7 heater use wrench or pliers to hold the lower nut when tightening the top nut to your spa pack to avoid twisting and damaging the heater terminals.

6500-310 Sundance Smart Heater

The 6500-310 is the Smart Heater used in Sundance Spas from 2000 to current. This is the complete sundance 5.5kw heater which includes the high limit thermo disc and wires for connecting to the board. This thermodisc is separate from the high limit sensor that is slid into this unit.

If replacing a 6500-310 smart heater on models prior to April of 2007 you will also need to replace the high limit sensor part number 6600-168. For models newer then May of 2007 you can reuse your current high limit senor by simply sliding out the drywell at the bottom of the heater

Do not cut the high limit sensor wire when removing your old heater. This sensor simply slides in and out of the drywell at the bottom of the heater, accessible from inside the control box.

We have been asked several time but Sundance only sells the Smart Heater as a complete unit. They do not offer elements or o-rings separately.

This Sundance smart heater is used in north American models:

• All Sundance 850 and portofino spa models from 2000 to 2004
• All Sundance 880 and 850 spa models for 2005
• All Sundance 880 and portofino spa models from 2006 to current

Please note models built from Jan 1st to Jun 12th of 2000 included a pc board in with the heater. Since June 12th 2000 this board has not been included with the Smart Heater and is not used.
